Order Processing Time

Furniture & Oversized Items — Local Pickup Only

The following items are not available for shipping and require local pickup in Colorado Springs, CO:

  • Bedroom Set (Bed, Nightstands, Dresser, Mirror, Chest)

  • Living Room Set (Sofa, Loveseat, Chair)

Once your order is ready, we will contact you at the email or phone number provided to schedule your pickup appointment. Pickup is available at:

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at uycollectionsinc@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Uniquely Yours Collections is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
