To maintain the quality and integrity of our merchandise, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not accept:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations

This policy applies to all furniture, home décor, accent pieces, gift items, clearance merchandise, and special-order items.


Furniture and Oversized Items

Furniture and oversized items are available for local pickup only. No delivery service is available for these items. Please plan accordingly before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not qualify for review.


Resolution Process

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement item

  • Store credit

All resolutions are provided at the discretion of Uniquely Yours Collections.


Product Variations

Due to lighting, monitor settings, handcrafted finishes, and material variations, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
